We do not ask for health data or other sensitive data, and we ask you not to include it in your messages.
- Why we use it
- To reply to your contacts; to manage your expression of interest, including the priority list for dates; to prepare a possible stay or experience, at your request; and, only if you tick the relevant box, to send you occasional news.
- Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps at your request, for expressions of interest and preparing stays; legitimate interest in replying to the contacts we receive; consent, for sending news; and compliance with legal obligations, if you enter into a contract with us (Article 6(1)(b), (f), (a) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- Mandatory data
- Your name and email are needed for us to reply. The other fields are optional. The consent box for news is never mandatory.
- Who has access
- The Monte Ardila team responsible for the estate and, as processors bound by contract, Jotform (forms) and Hostinger (website hosting). The Google map opens on Google's website, which is responsible for its own processing, only when you click the link. We do not sell or share personal data for third-party marketing.
- Where the data is kept
- Form data is hosted by Jotform on servers in the European Union. If a processor needs to access data from outside the European Economic Area, it will only do so with the appropriate safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation.
- How long
- Contacts without follow-up: 12 months after the last communication. Expressions of interest: 24 months after the last contact, renewable if you confirm you wish to stay on the list. News: until you withdraw consent; if there is no interaction for 24 months, we ask you to confirm your interest and, without confirmation, delete the data. Stays and contracts: for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal retention periods for tax and accounting records. Requests to exercise rights: for as long as needed to show the reply given. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

- You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, request portability of the data you provided and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. Just write to secretariado@corgadafonte.pt or to the postal address. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
